Company
High-quality products, continuous employee training, and a modern machinery park enable us to achieve consistent growth and maintain long-standing business relationships with hundreds of renowned customers.
Our story begins with the founding of the Schad Gear Factory by Mr. Ernst Schad on July 2, 1951. Starting with just three employees and a passion for quality and innovation, we have evolved from a local supplier to a globally recognized manufacturer of quality gears.
Our continuous growth and long-standing business relationships with hundreds of esteemed customers are the result of our ongoing investments in high-quality products, employee development, and cutting-edge technologies. In 1986, we acquired the largest and most modern gear grinding machine in the Ruhr area, and in 1990, we doubled our production space by building a new production hall.
We firmly believe that our success is based on the commitment and expertise of our employees. Therefore, we place great importance on thorough and continuous training to ensure that our team is always up-to-date with the latest technology.
The first decade of the new century was characterized by massive investments in the wind energy sector. These investments led to new production methods and machines that helped us further solidify our position as a leading manufacturer of gears.
